Ranking 1000-Weinfelden

Description

Ranking-1000 tournaments are organised by the Swiss Judo Federation (SJV).

These tournaments follow the so-called "knockout system", where each competitor is paired in matches, and the winner of each match advances to the next round while the loser is eliminated from the tournament. 

This process continues until only one competitor remains, who is declared the champion.

It's a competition suitable for experienced fighters, as there's a higher chance of being eliminated sooner.

Weinfelden 2024

The Ranking 1000 in Weinfelden will take place on 07.09.2024.

Competition system: Knockout system 

Fight time: 4 minutes + unlimited golden score

Insurance: is the responsibility of the participants, the organiser declines all liability 

Remarks:  

•  Valid SJV identity card and annual stamp required 

• Foreign judokas may enter the tournament with a valid passport and year stamp of their country.

• Weight classes with few competitors may be combined. 

• No refund on cancellation
